Royal Road is in the heart of the Westcliffe Conservation Area of Ramsgate, situated two minutes from the Royal Harbour Yacht Marina, quiet sandy beaches and the town centre. The house is about 100 yards from the cliff-top promenade, which overlooks the harbour and the English Channel.

• Waitrose and other shops and restaurants are a few minutes walk away, in Ramsgate High Street

• Westwood shopping centre is situated midway between Ramsgate and Broadstairs

• Locally-grown produce is easily sourced from the surrounding area, including the Goods Shed at   Canterbury, and Chandler & Dunn at Ash.

Tennis facilities are available in courts situated on the corner of Royal Road and Spencer Square.

There is a Nature Reserve at Monkton and Pegwell Bay is a noted bird watching location.
Manston War Museum is ten minutes drive away.

There are lovely walks along the cliff tops and a wealth of historical interest in the area.
