The accommodation is a maisonette situated on the upper three floors of this large house. It is very spacious and well-appointed. There are two large double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms, one twin bedded room and a family bathroom. Comfortable sitting room with French windows and balcony (there are oblique sea views from the balcony), and a large kitchen/dining room. A walled-garden with garden furniture and barbecue.

Regency House has been quality-assessed by Quality in Tourism on behalf of Visit Britain and Enjoy England, and awarded Four Stars. To be accredited with a four star rating, Regency House had to achieve a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort, decoration and maintenance.
